Jinkee Pacquiao the wife of Rep. Manny Pacquiao of Sarangani province covers Mega magazine January 2012 issue. It is now the trending topic on Twitter and on the local news due to photoshop over-editing. I didn't even recognized her!!! What do you think guys?
